My wife and I have been wanting to fix up our yard for the longest time and finally decided to pull the trigger. We called many different businesses and Framework Construction was the most responsive and professional one that we spoke to. Leo, our project manager, spent hours going over the project scope and how every item was going to be installed. We had a few ideas of what we wanted and Leo was able to give us different ideas and alternatives that would cut the cost for us. We ultimately decided to go with some of his ideas because it saved a good amount of material costs. Once we finalized all the details, they began working immediately the next day. We were looking leave town for a few weeks and Leo was confident it would be completed before we left. Caesar, the team lead, came with his team and completed our entire backyard in three days! We were so happy with the work that we decided to have them work on the front yard as well just to get the entire place completed. It was a great experience the entire time and I would recommend anyone to work with Framework Construction!

Awesome experience with whole team of Framework construction & remodeling, at the beginning we were a bit nervous and confused as we had a bad experience with the other contractors in the past however, They proved it wrong as this was the best contracting service we received so far. We met the owner of the business, Reggie, greater than 4 years ago and maintained a relationship with the owner until we could break the ground. With Reggie and his team, we had a complete backyard renovation and we now have our own private and beautiful oasis. BEFORE: We had a left over jacuzzi platform, leftover and obsolete flower bench, and a left over old-timey cement platform for perhaps what used to be an overhang. Additionally, the yard was muddy and unkept. AFTER: We now have a well-designed beach-front entrance pool, with a huge deep end and a platform raised jacuzzi. We have a beautiful pergola, and a hand-crafted built-in gas grill with a matching fire pit. The grill and the fire pit are stack-stone and colored-cement combination. Also, all concrete was demolished and in its place are beautiful Tuscan paver stones. Reggie's crew also gave us a top of the line luxurious self-draining turf for a dog run and/or additional entertainment space. Reggie, as the owner, worked with us for the duration of the project which was not without its fair share of unforeseen obstacles. Reggie is very customer service oriented and helped us navigate those obstacles. From the beginning, Reggie helped with the design, and worked with us as the design changed over time (as is common). Reggie is very up front about the costs of the project but is also willing to negotiate to help the customer stay within budget. One of the most amazing things that I can say is that the price that was quoted greater than 4 years ago was the same price 4 years later in the midst of covid when everything should have quadrupled. Thank you Reggie and Framework Construction for an amazing new back yard.We can't wait to use it in 2022.

I haven't wrote a review in years! But after the positive experience I just had with this company, I felt it was necessary. I've been waiting a long time to renovate / remodel my backyard and wanted to get everything done correct the first time. I shopped around but to make a long story short I went with Framework Construction. Michael (the project manager), was by far the most helpful and easy to talk to representative. My ideas and his informative advice on details made this project better than I expected. The project consisted of tile and hollow block wall removal, installation of pavers, concrete, stucco, artificial turf, vinyl fencing / gates and a water drip / sprinkler system.. Pricing was very competitive and didn't change from beginning to end. All the different aspects of the work involved was done professionally and in a timely manner. No major issues throughout and any minor concerns were taken care of immediately. Thanks again Michael for getting the job done and keeping your word! You already know I have more projects to get done soon so be ready..

We needed to get our entire backyard redone in a clean and spacious manner for our little one who is growing up. Did some research and ended up reaching out to Framework which ended to be a pleasant experience! Started the discussion with Ben and then COVID hit. Was finally able to get the design done with remote sessions when things are starting to settle down during the start of COVID. Ben has been very helpful in this process. When we are ready to start the project with Adam, we had some budget concerns and Adam has been very helpful also by sitting down with us to go through some details on the job and making recommendations to certain design changes and his best efforts on material coats to help us meet our budget goal! When project kicked off, came Luciano who has also been extremely helpful and communicative throughout the project. We needed to make certain last minute change during the job and he was able to help making it happen to our needs with a reasonable price adjustments! At the end, I'm very pleased I went with Frameworks as they made the process very comfortable with me and is able to work with me on some payment schedules when needed!

I would recommend to anyone and have already done so with some close friends. They were communicative and kept us looped in on all things. Luchi is an awesome project manager- friendly, communicates, responsive and knowledgeable. Adam gave us some ideas we hadn't considered and decided to do them (I.e. waterfalls), we are so glad we did. They help you envision the final possibilities and walk through options. While I know I was not their only client, they made me feel a priority at all times! Project- replanted, redo tile, add jacuzzi, new retaining wall and full redo of deck with pavers, sod, electrical and irrigation. Project completed on time! They nailed it!!!!! I already know I will use them on our next project.

David is exceptional. Despite only being in the exploratory phase and not an official client, my interactions with David have been outstanding. He has great vision for the design process, listens attentively, is generous with his time, and always makes himself available. Again, this is coming from a prospective client. I could only imagine how he is with actual clients. With that said, I would not hesitate to have David as a project manager and would have 100% confidence in his ability to deliver an amazing product and experience.

Absolutely beyond impressed with Framework's professionalism, pricing and dedication to each one of their customers. I signed my contract on a Friday and they started work on my backyard Monday!!! It was the most easy and pleasant experience the whole way through. All the way from working with Kiko at the initial consult to the hardworking crew who hauled butt to get my project done in just 10 days! Their pricing supersedes that of any other bids I received and if you can believe it, their workmanship even super passes that! I've already referred a few of my neighbors who were blown away by the results!

Working with David and Adam made my Pinterest/ Instagram backyard come to life! It took us a year to get the yard prepared when I should have just called Framework in the first place to help completely redo our backyard. Our new turf, firepit, flagstone, and updates to the electrical and gas outside have made out yard into our #1 vacation spot!

Adam and his crew (Roy, Sanovio, and team) were excellent to work with for our backyard project of adding a reinforced concrete slab for our new swim spa. They had great ideas with design, worked within our budget, and provided quality craftsmanship. They were very professional and had an efficient team that completed the project in less than 2 weeks. Work included the demo, framing, rebar, concrete pour, installing an outdoor electrical box for the spa (and later connecting it to the delivered spa), adding river rocks, outdoor landscaping lights, adding a drip system, and installation of our new privacy screens onto painted wooden posts. We loved the final product as well as our family and friends (whom we gave referrals to), and look forward to working with them on a second project of ours. We got several quotes from others for that project, but decided to go with Frameworks again given their high quality and reasonable prices. We'll update this post with the results when that finishes!
